Schedule Report
The Schedule Report helps users view and manage reports that have been configured for automatic generation and delivery. It provides a centralized view of scheduled reports, including the report category, action type, file format, report name, schedule details, creation and modification information, next and last generation times, email status, and current schedule status.
This allows users to monitor whether scheduled reports are active, when the next report will be generated, when the report was last generated, and whether the configured email delivery is functioning correctly.

Report Information
The Schedule Report displays the following information:
- Company: Company for which the report schedule is configured.
- Report Category: Category of the scheduled report.
- Action Type: Action configured for the scheduled report, such as email delivery.
- File Format: Format in which the report is generated, such as XLS, PDF, or CSV.
- Report Name: Name of the report configured in the schedule.
- Created By: User who created the scheduled report.
- Created Date: Date and time when the schedule was created.
- Modified By: User who last modified the schedule.
- Modified Date: Date and time when the schedule was last modified.
- Next Report Generation Time: Date and time when the report is scheduled to be generated next.
- Last Report Generated Time: Date and time when the report was most recently generated.
- Schedule Name: Name assigned to the report schedule.
- Schedule Text: Displays the configured schedule timing.
- Email Status: Indicates the status of email delivery for the scheduled report.
- Status: Indicates whether the scheduled report is active/enabled.
- Email Verify Status: Displays the email verification status associated with the schedule.
How to Read
Review the report from schedule configuration → generation status → email delivery status.
- Check Report Category and Report Name to identify the scheduled report.
- Check Action Type and File Format to understand how the report is configured to be delivered.
- Check Next Report Generation Time to know when the report will be generated next.
- Check Last Report Generated Time to confirm when the report was last generated.
- Check Schedule Name and Schedule Text to understand the configured schedule.
- Check Email Status to verify the email delivery status.
- Check Status to confirm whether the schedule is active.
- Check Email Verify Status to verify the email configuration.
Take Action
- Review scheduled reports regularly to ensure required reports are active.
- Verify the Next Report Generation Time when a report is expected to be delivered.
- Check the Last Report Generated Time if a scheduled report appears to be missing.
- Verify Email Status and Email Verify Status when reports are not being received.
- Review the schedule configuration if the report is being generated at an unexpected time.
