Object Location Status

The Object Location Status Report provides the latest location and status information of selected objects. It helps users monitor object location, driver details, last data update, speed, geofence information, status, and coordinates at a selected time.

How to Access

  • Report-->Activity-->Object Location Status

Filters

Use the available filters to generate the report:

  • Company: Select the required company.
  • Branch: Select the required branch.
  • Vehicle Group: Select the required vehicle group.
  • Vehicle Type: Select the required vehicle type.
  • Vehicle Brand: Select the required vehicle brand.
  • Vehicle Model: Select the required vehicle model.
  • Status: Select the required object status.
  • Time: Select the time for which the object location status is required.
  • Object Selection: Search and select the required objects from the available hierarchy.

Additional options include Save Filter, Delete Filter, Apply, XLS, and PDF.

Report Layers

The Object Location Status Report has one layer: Object Location Status.

Layer 1 – Object Location Status

Provides the location and current status information of the selected objects.

Key information includes:

  • Company
  • Branch
  • Object
  • Driver
  • IMEI No
  • Location
  • Last Data Update Date Time
  • Address
  • Geofence
  • Speed
  • Status
  • Coordinates

The Status column displays a visual indicator for the object's status.

How to Read

Read the report from object identification → location → latest data → status.

Object Location Status

  • Identify the object using Company, Branch, Object, and IMEI No.
  • Check the Driver assigned to the object.
  • Review the Location and Address information.
  • Check Last Data Update Date Time to see when the latest data was updated.
  • Review the Geofence information, where available.
  • Check the current Speed and Status.
  • Use Coordinates to identify the object's geographic position.

Take Action

  • Apply filters to focus on specific companies, branches, vehicle groups, vehicle types, brands, models, or statuses.
  • Select specific objects to monitor their location.
  • Review Last Data Update Date Time when checking the freshness of location data.
  • Check Geofence information for objects associated with a geofence.
  • Use the Coordinates to verify the object's position.
  • Export the report in XLS or PDF format.

Important Notes

  • The report displays object location information based on the selected Time and object filters.
  • Last Data Update Date Time indicates the latest data update available for the object.
  • Geofence information is displayed where applicable.
  • Status is represented using a visual indicator in the report.
  • Location, speed, coordinates, and other values depend on the data received from the tracking device.
