The Maintenance History Report provides a summary of vehicle maintenance activities recorded during the selected period. It helps users track the number of objects involved in accidents, breakdowns, repairs, and late recovery, along with the expenses associated with these maintenance activities.
The report can also be expanded to view detailed maintenance records for individual vehicles, including maintenance dates, recovery information, expenses, remarks, damage details, and attachments.

Filters
Use the available filters to generate the report:
- Company: Select the required company.
- Date Selection: Select the required date or date range.
- Branch: Select the required branch.
- Vehicle Group: Select the required vehicle group.
- Vehicle Type: Select the required vehicle type.
- Object Selection: Select the required vehicle or tracking object.
Additional options include Save Filter, Delete Filter, Apply, XLS, PDF, and CSV.
Report Layers
The Maintenance History Report has two levels of information:
Layer 1 – Maintenance History Summary
Provides a summary of maintenance activities by company and branch, including the number of objects involved and the associated expenses.
Layer 2 – Maintenance History Detail
The expand (+) option can be used to view individual maintenance records for the selected company or branch.
How to Read
Maintenance History Summary
- Company identifies the company under which the maintenance activity is recorded.
- Branch shows the branch associated with the maintenance records.
- No of Objects in Accident shows the number of vehicles or objects that were recorded as involved in an accident.
- No of Objects in Breakdown shows the number of vehicles or objects reported with a breakdown.
- No of Objects in Repair shows the number of vehicles or objects currently recorded under repair.
- No of Objects Late Recovered shows the number of vehicles whose recovery took longer than expected.
- Accident Expense displays the total expense associated with accident-related maintenance.
- Breakdown Expense shows the total expense recorded for breakdown-related maintenance.
- Repair Expense displays the total expense associated with repair activities.
- Total Expense shows the combined maintenance expense across the available accident, breakdown, and repair categories.
Maintenance History Detail
- Object identifies the vehicle or tracking object associated with the maintenance record.
- Maintenance For indicates the type of maintenance activity, such as Breakdown.
- Maintenance Date shows when the maintenance event was recorded.
- Estimated Recovery Date indicates the expected date and time when the vehicle is planned to be recovered.
- Recovery Date shows the actual date and time when the vehicle was recovered, where available.
- Time Taken (in days) indicates the duration taken to recover the vehicle from maintenance.
- Currency Unit shows the currency used for the recorded expense.
- Expense displays the expense associated with the maintenance record.
- Remark provides additional information entered for the maintenance activity.
- Object Type identifies the configured object type associated with the vehicle.
- Type shows the maintenance or object classification, where applicable.
- Location indicates the location associated with the maintenance record.
- Description of Injuries provides details of injuries recorded in an accident-related maintenance case, where applicable.
- Description of Object(s) Damage provides information about the damage recorded for the vehicle or object.
- Opposite Object(s) Detail provides details of another object involved in the incident, where applicable.
- Attachment indicates whether supporting documentation is attached to the maintenance record.
Take Action
- Apply Company, Branch, Vehicle Group, Vehicle Type, and Object filters to focus on specific maintenance records.
- Review Accident, Breakdown, and Repair counts to understand maintenance activity across the fleet.
- Compare Accident Expense, Breakdown Expense, and Repair Expense to analyze maintenance-related costs.
- Expand a summary record to review detailed maintenance information for individual vehicles.
- Check Maintenance Date, Estimated Recovery Date, Recovery Date, and Time Taken to monitor recovery timelines.
- Review Remarks, injury details, damage information, and attachments when investigating maintenance incidents.
- Export the report in XLS, PDF, or CSV format for further analysis or record keeping.
Important Notes
- The report is generated according to the selected date, company, branch, vehicle group, vehicle type, and object filters.
- Maintenance counts represent the objects recorded under the respective maintenance categories during the selected period.
- Recovery Date may not be available when a vehicle has not yet been recovered.
- Time Taken is based on the available maintenance and recovery dates.
- Accident-related fields such as Description of Injuries, Object Damage, and Opposite Object Details may only contain information when applicable to the maintenance record.
- Total Expense represents the combined expense recorded for the applicable maintenance categories.
