Geofence-Wise Visit Detail Report

The Geofence-Wise Visit Detail Report provides detailed information about each visit made by vehicles to selected geofences during the specified period. It helps users review which vehicle visited a geofence, the assigned driver, the time it reached and departed, and the duration of each visit.

The report is useful for analyzing individual geofence visits and verifying vehicle presence at specific locations.

How to Access

Filters

Use the available filters to generate the report:

  • Company: Select the required company.
  • Date Selection: Select the required date or date range.
  • Geofence Group: Select the required geofence group.
  • Geofence Type: Select the required geofence type.
  • Duration: Select the required duration condition, such as Greater Than.
  • Duration Value: Enter the duration value in minutes.
  • Geofence: Select one or more geofences for which visit details are required.

Additional options include Save Filter, Delete Filter, Apply, XLS, PDF, and CSV.

Report Layers

The Geofence-Wise Visit Detail Report has two levels of information:

Layer 1 – Geofence-Wise Visit Summary

Provides a summary of geofences and the total number of visits recorded during the selected period.

Layer 2 – Geofence-Wise Visit Detail

Displays the individual visit records for the selected geofence, including the vehicle, driver, reached time, departed time, and visit duration.

How to Read

Geofence-Wise Visit Detail Report

  • Object identifies the vehicle or tracking object that visited the geofence.
  • Driver shows the driver associated with the vehicle during the visit. If no driver is assigned, the report may display No Driver Found.
  • Reached indicates the date and time when the vehicle entered or reached the selected geofence.
  • Departed indicates the date and time when the vehicle left or departed from the geofence.
  • Duration shows the total time the vehicle remained within the geofence between the reached and departed timestamps.

Take Action

  • Select the required geofence or geofence group to focus the report on specific locations.
  • Use the Date Selection filter to analyze visits for a particular period.
  • Apply the Duration filter to identify visits that meet a specific duration condition.
  • Review Reached and Departed times to understand vehicle presence at the location.
  • Compare Duration across visits to identify short or extended stays.
  • Use the Object and Driver information to trace visits back to specific vehicles and drivers.
  • Export the report in XLS, PDF, or CSV format for further analysis or sharing.

Important Notes

  • The report is generated according to the selected date, geofence, and duration filters.
  • A visit is recorded based on the vehicle's movement into and out of the selected geofence.
  • Reached and Departed times are based on the tracking data received from the vehicle.
  • Duration represents the time between the recorded reached and departed events.
  • Driver information depends on the driver assignment available for the vehicle at the time of the visit.
  • If no driver is assigned or identified, the report may display No Driver Found.
  • The detailed report can contain multiple visit records for the same vehicle and geofence during the selected period.
