The Driver Day Wise Distance Report provides a day-by-day breakdown of the distance travelled by each selected driver during the selected month. It helps users monitor daily driving activity and compare the distance travelled across different days.
The report also displays the total distance travelled by each driver for the selected period.

How to Access

Filters
Use the available filters to generate the report:
- Company: Select the required company.
- Branch: Select the required branch.
- Date Selection: Select the required month or reporting period.
- Time Range: Enable this option when a specific time range is required.
- Driver Consideration: Select the required driver consideration option.
- Driver Selection: Select the required drivers.
- Round Off: Enable this option to round the distance values.
Additional options include Save Filter, Delete Filter, Apply, XLS, PDF, and CSV.
Report Layers
The Driver Day Wise Distance Report provides information at a single summary level.
Layer 1 – Driver Day Wise Distance
Displays the total distance travelled by each driver along with the distance travelled on each individual day of the selected period.
How to Read
- Company identifies the company associated with the driver.
- Branch shows the branch associated with the driver.
- Driver identifies the driver for whom the distance is reported.
- Employee No displays the employee number associated with the driver, where available.
- Total Distance shows the total distance travelled by the driver during the selected reporting period.
- Day-wise columns (01–31) show the distance travelled by the driver on each respective day of the selected month.
- A value of 0.0 indicates that no distance was recorded for that driver on the corresponding day.
Take Action
- Select the required company, branch, month, and drivers to focus the report.
- Use Driver Consideration to determine how driver activity should be considered in the report.
- Review Total Distance to understand the driver's overall travel during the selected period.
- Compare the day-wise distance values to identify changes in daily travel activity.
- Use Round Off when rounded distance values are required.
- Export the report in XLS, PDF, or CSV format for further analysis or record keeping.
Important Notes
- The report is generated according to the selected company, branch, date selection, driver consideration, and driver filters.
- The day-wise columns represent the calendar days within the selected month.
- Total Distance represents the cumulative distance recorded for the driver during the selected period.
- Distance values depend on the tracking data received from the assigned objects.
- Days with no recorded travel may display 0.0.
- The Time Range option can be used when the report needs to consider a specific time period.
