Daywise Distance Report
The Daywise Distance Report shows the distance travelled by selected vehicles day by day for the selected period.
It helps you quickly understand which vehicles are travelling, how much distance they are covering each day, and where vehicle usage is low or inactive.

How to Access
- Report-->Activity-->Daywise Distance Report
Filters
Use the available filters to generate the report as required:
- Company: Select the required company.
- Branch: Select the required branch.
- Vehicle Group: Select a specific vehicle group.
- Vehicle Type: Select the required vehicle type.
- Vehicle Brand: Select a specific vehicle brand.
- Vehicle Model: Select a specific vehicle model.
- Date Selection: Select the required month for which you want to view the daily distance.
- Days: Enable this option when you want to generate the report based on selected days.
- Time Range: Enable this option when you want to check distance within a specific time period.
- Object Selection: Select one or more vehicles/objects to include in the report.
- Distance: Select the required distance condition, such as Greater Than, and enter the Distance Value to filter vehicles based on distance travelled.
- Round Off: Enable this option when distance values need to be rounded off.
Click Apply to generate the report.
Additional options:
- Save Filter: Save the selected filter combination for future use.
- Delete Filter: Delete the saved filter.
- XLS: Export the report to Excel.
- PDF: Export the report to PDF.
- CSV: Export the report to CSV.
How to Read
Read the report from Vehicle → Total Distance → Daily Distance:
- Vehicle: Identify the vehicle whose movement you want to review.
- Total Distance: Check the total distance travelled during the selected period.
- Daily Distance (01–31): Check the distance travelled on each individual day.
- Higher Distance: Indicates higher vehicle movement on that day.
- Low or 0 Distance: Indicates low or no recorded movement for that day.
Example:
If a vehicle has travelled 1,200 km in total and the daily columns show higher distance on weekdays but little or no distance on weekends, the report can help you understand the vehicle's usage pattern.
Take Action
- Review vehicles with low or no daily movement.
- Investigate unusually high-distance travel.
- Compare vehicle usage across different days.
- Identify vehicles that may be underutilized.
- Use daily distance patterns for vehicle allocation and operational planning.
Important Notes
- The report displays daily distance based on the selected month/date and filters.
- Multiple vehicles can be selected from Object Selection.
- The Distance filter can be used to narrow results based on a specific distance condition.
- Distance values are based on the movement data received from the vehicle/device.
- Days and Time Range can be used when a more specific reporting period is required.
