Address Authorized Visit
The Address Authorized Visit Report provides a detailed view of vehicle and driver activity in relation to authorized addresses. It helps users understand how vehicles are travelling, where their trips start and end, how long they remain idle or stopped, and whether their activity results in overspeeding or alerts during the selected period.
The report also allows users to expand a driver record and view the individual trip/visit details, including start and end locations, address types, distance, running time, idle time, stop time, and speed information.

How to Access

Filters
Use the available filters to generate the report:
- Company: Select the required company.
- Date Selection: Select the required date or date range.
- Time Range: Enable this option when a specific time period is required.
- Branch: Select the required branch.
- Trip Calculation for: Select the parameter used to calculate trips, such as Ignition.
- Driver Consideration: Select the required driver consideration criteria.
- Driver Selection: Search and select the required drivers from the company and branch hierarchy.
Additional options include Save Filter, Delete Filter, Apply, XLS, PDF, and CSV.
Report Layers
The Address Authorized Visit Report has two layers.
Layer 1 – Address Authorized Visit Summary
Provides a summarized view of driver activity for the selected period.
Layer 2 – Address Authorized Visit Detail
Provides detailed trip information for the selected driver.
How to Read
Layer 1 – Address Authorized Visit Summary
The summary layer provides an overall view of activity for each driver.
- Company: Identifies the company associated with the driver activity.
- Branch: Shows the branch to which the driver is associated.
- Driver: Identifies the driver whose activity is being reported.
- Distance: Shows the total distance travelled by the driver during the selected period.
- Running: Displays the total duration for which the vehicle was running.
- Idle: Shows the total duration for which the vehicle remained idle.
- Stop: Shows the total duration for which the vehicle remained stopped.
- Max Stoppage: Displays the maximum duration of a single stoppage during the selected period.
- Stops – Authorized: Shows the number of stops made at authorized locations.
- Stops – Unauthorized: Shows the number of stops made at locations that were not authorized.
- Speed – AVG: Displays the average speed recorded during the driver's activity.
- Speed – MAX: Shows the maximum speed recorded.
- Overstay: Indicates the overstay activity recorded during visits.
- Alert(s): Shows the number of alerts generated for the driver's activity.
- Driver Score %: Displays the driver's calculated score for the reported activity.
- No of Trip: Shows the total number of trips recorded for the driver.

The plus (+) icon beside a driver can be selected to open the detailed trip information for that driver.
Layer 2 – Address Authorized Visit Detail
The detail layer provides information about individual trips and their corresponding start and end points.
- Shift: Shows the shift associated with the trip, where applicable.
- Object: Identifies the vehicle/object used for the trip.
- IMEI No: Displays the IMEI number of the tracking device installed in the vehicle.
- Object Type: Shows the type of vehicle/object.
- Start Time: Displays when the trip started.
- Start Location: Shows the location where the trip started.
- Start Address Type: Indicates the address type associated with the starting location.
- End Time: Displays when the trip ended.
- End Location: Shows the location where the trip ended.
- End Address Type: Indicates the address type associated with the ending location.
- Distance: Shows the distance travelled during the trip.
- Running: Displays the total running duration for the trip.
- Idle: Shows the time for which the vehicle remained idle during the trip.
- Stop: Displays the duration for which the vehicle remained stopped.
- Speed – AVG: Shows the average speed during the trip.
- Speed – MAX: Displays the maximum speed recorded during the trip.
- Overspeed: Indicates the overspeed activity recorded during the trip.
- Alert(s): Shows the number of alerts generated during the trip.
- Driver Score %: Displays the driver's score for the selected activity.

Take Action
- Apply Company, Branch, Date Selection, Driver, and trip calculation filters to focus the report on the required activity.
- Review Distance, Running, Idle, and Stop values to understand overall vehicle utilization.
- Compare Authorized and Unauthorized Stops to identify activity outside authorized locations.
- Review Average and Maximum Speed to identify driving patterns.
- Check Overstay and Alert(s) to identify visits or activities requiring attention.
- Expand a driver using the + icon to investigate individual trips.
- Export the report in XLS, PDF, or CSV format for further analysis or record keeping.
Important Notes
- The report results depend on the selected date/time range, company, branch, driver, and trip calculation settings.
- Authorized and Unauthorized Stops are displayed according to the configured address/geofence information.
- The detail layer is accessed by expanding the corresponding driver from the summary layer.
- Speed, distance, trip, and driver score information depends on the tracking data received from the vehicle/device.
