[R.A.G](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/knowledge/trakzee?hsLang=en#r-a-g) # R.A.G Configuration The **RAG** feature helps users visually classify driver performance using color indicators — **Red**, **Amber**, and **Green**. These colors represent different performance levels based on the driver’s overall score. Users can define **custom parameters** as per their company’s requirements.
