The QR Tracking Generator allows administrators to generate unique QR codes for one or more vehicles. These QR codes provide secure, temporary access to a vehicle's live GPS tracking through a password-protected webpage. The feature is primarily designed to support compliance requirements, such as Aramco's GPS vehicle verification, where authorized personnel can verify a vehicle's real-time location by simply scanning the QR code.
To Get Started
- Log in to your account
- Go to setting > master >QR Tracking Genrator
To generate the QR
- Select the Company from the drop down list.
- Select the Branch from the drop down list.
- Select the Object from the drop down list.
- Choose the export format:
- JPG
- Click the
button to export the qr code. - The system generates a unique QR code for each selected vehicle in the chosen format.
Note: The generated QR code should be printed and affixed to the vehicle (for example, on the windshield or door) for easy access by authorized personnel.
