Live Tracking Screen in Mobile Application.

The Live Tracking screen empowers users to effectively oversee the activities and movements of vehicles or assets in real time. It provides an interactive and dynamic view, constantly updating with the latest data on the movement, location, status update, and other associated features of the objects.

To Get Started

    • Log in to your account.
    • Go to Live Tracking.

    • When you are on the Live Tracking screen, the following interface will be displayed.

  1. Switch Maps: Tap on the  Map icon to switch between different maps.
    1. Select the desired map from the available options.
    2. You can also enable the Traffic Layer to view real-time traffic data on the map.
  2. Settings: The Settings option allows users to configure various functions and customize the live tracking experience.
  3. Current Location: By clicking on the icon, users can quickly view their present location on the map.
  4. Object Group: Users can select an Object Group, and all vehicles within the selected group will be displayed on the live tracking screen.
    1. Tap on the Object Group icon, and the following screen will open. Select the desired object group and click on Apply to view the vehicles in the selected group on the live tracking screen.

 

 

Object List

This list displays all objects categorized based on their current status, such as Running, Stopped, Idle, Inactive, etc. It provides key details including object number, name, speed, driver information, last data update time, connected port status, and more—all in one place for easy monitoring and management.

To Access the Object list.

  • Swipe up on the live tracking screen.

  • The Following Interface will Appear.

  1. Object Status: Below given is the color code that denotes the status of that object:

    Ellipse 2 Running
    Vehicles with their Ignition ON and are in a moving state.
    Ellipse 3 Idle
    Vehicles with their Ignition ON but are not in a moving state for a specified period of time.
    Ellipse 4 Stopped
    Vehicles with their ignition OFF.
    Ellipse 5 Inactive
    Vehicles that have not sent any data to the server for specified period of time.
    Ellipse 6 No Data
    Vehicles that have not yet sent any live data to the server.
  2. Search bar: User can search object/vehicle based on Name, plate No, etc.
  3. Object List Filter: Users can filter the object list based on the following criteria:

    1. Status: View objects based on their current state such as All, Running, Stop, Idle, Inactive, or No Data.
    2. Current Status: Users can filter objects based on how long they have been in their current status.
    3. Company, Branch & Object Filter: By selecting these filters together, users can view specific vehicles that belong to a particular company and branch, making it easier to locate and monitor relevant objects.

      Click on Apply to view the filtered results
  4. Three Dots: Tap on three dots  icon to access additional options. The following actions are available:

    • Share Location: Share the current location of the object.
    • View Timeline: Check the movement history and timeline of the object.
    • Ports: View the status of connected ports.
    • Export: Export object-related data.
      • User can Download the Object list view in an PDF or XLS format.
    • Schedule: Set schedules for the object.
    • View: user can switch the view of object list from Table & Card Format.

    • Refresh: Refresh the object data to get the latest updates.
     

    Object Live Tracking

    This feature allows users to monitor the real-time location and status of vehicles on the map along with detailed information through widgets.

    • To access the view select the vehicle from the object list.

    • The following screen will appear.

    2. Current Location: By clicking on the icon, users can quickly view & switch between thier current location & vehicle current location.
    3. Top 3 Activity Button: The top three action buttons are displayed in the designated area for quick access.
    4. Activity Buttons:This section contains buttons that allow users to perform specific tasks.
    5. Vehicle Speed: Displays the current speed of the vehicle.
    6. Tooltip: Swiping up on this section will open the widgets.
