The Licence-Object Type Mapping Configuration screen allows administrators to define which vehicle (object) types are permitted for each driving licence category. This ensures that drivers are assigned only to vehicles they are legally authorized to operate based on their licence classification.
The mapping is maintained at the company level and can be enabled or disabled as required. Once configured, the system can use these mappings during driver assignment, validation, or transport-related operations to improve compliance and reduce manual verification.
To Get Started
- Log in to your account
- Go to setting > master >Driver License-Object Type
To Create a Licence-Object Type Mapping
- Select the required Admin
- Select the appropriate Reseller
- Select the Company.
- Select the Licence Category
- Choose one or more Permitted Object Types
- Enable or disable the mapping using the Status checkbox.
- Click Save to create the mapping.
Note: Licence-Object Type Mapping acts as a validation layer between driver licence categories and vehicle types. Maintaining accurate mappings helps organizations comply with transportation regulations while ensuring safe and authorized vehicle operations.
