# Home Screen in Trakzee Driver.

The Home screen of the Trakzee Driver App shows a quick overview of driver status, check-in time, assigned vehicle, and key modules. Tap any section to view details and take action.

#### To get started

- Login to your driver application.
- Click on the **Home**.

The Following screen will appear.

#### **Driver Status:**

- Driver can select their current status which will be refeclected on the Driver list on Web.
- Driver can select from either. 
    - Available.
    - Not Available.

#### **Notifications:**

- Drivers can view notifications and announcements assigned to them.

#### **Message:**

- This option allows drivers to communicate with the company through messages within the app.

#### **Assigned Vehicle:**

- Assigned Vehicle allows drivers to switch between available vehicles.
- Drivers can select an unassigned vehicle and bind themselves to it.
- Tap Save to confirm the selection.

**Please Note:** Drivers can be assigned multiple vehicles from the web portal, which they can select from the driver app.

#### **Expense:**

- Driver can add expense from this screen which will be reflected in the Reports.

- Choose the relevant **Object** from the dropdown menu for which you wish to record the expense.
- Select the **Category** according to the **expense type** from Variable or Fix.

- - **Variable:** Select this option if you want to add a variable expense.  
          - **Consider Job:** Select the checkbox if you wish to associate this expense with a specific job.  
                  - **Job Allocation:** Select the appropriate option based on your requirement to choose the job that is in progress or completed. 
                            - **Completed Till:** If you select the completed option in Job Allocation, please specify the date and time when the job was completed.
                            - **Job:** Choose the appropriate job from the provided list.
          - Choose the appropriate **Type** of expense from the drop-down menu.
          - **Expense Date:** Please specify the date of the expense.
          - Enterthe **Amount** of the expense.
          - Provide the **Reference Number** for this expense.
          - Please provide the **Odometer** reading.
          - Please provide the **Work Hour** in the format of HH:mm.

 

- - **Fix:** Select this option if you want to add a fixed expense.
    - - Choose the appropriate **Type** of expense from the drop-down menu.
          - Please specify the **Start** and **End dates** for the duration of the expense.
          - Enterthe **Amount** of the expense.
          - Provide the **Reference Number** for this expense.
- **Bill Upload:** You can upload the associated bill for the expense using this feature.
- **Description:** You have the option to include a detailed description for the expense to enhance clarity and context.
- Click on **Save 💾** icon to save the expense.

**Please Note:** The expense added by driver will be reflected in the expense Reports.

 

#### **Classify Trips:**

- Classify Trips allows drivers to categorize trips based on their purpose.
- Trips can be marked as Business, Personal, or Inactive depending on intent.
- A trip is defined as the duration from ignition ON to ignition OFF, if Ignition data is available.
- If ignition data is unavailable, a trip is defined based on speed—starting when it exceeds 5 km/h (or mph) and ending when it drops below 5 km/h (or mph).

To classify trip: 

- Tap on the edit icon.

- Following screen will appear.

- From Trip Status, select the category for classification. 
    - Unclassified: Trip not yet categorized.
    - Business: Trip for work-related purposes.
    - Personal: Trip for non-work use.
    - Invalid: Trip marked as not valid
- Tap on **Save** icon on top right.

 

#### **Inspection:**

- Inpection allows driver to monitor the condition of the vehicle.

#### **Completed Jobs / Pending Jobs:**

- Displays a detailed list of either pending or completed jobs, based on the selected widget, helping drivers track their tasks clearly.
- Tapping the widget redirects to the job screen to view details and take necessary actions.
