The Fuel Card feature allows you to upload fuel transaction data received from a fuel card provider. By importing this data into Trakzee, you can maintain a centralized record of fuel purchases, compare fuel expenses with vehicle data, and generate fuel-related reports for better expense monitoring.
To Get Started
- Log in to your account
- Go to setting > master >Fuel Card
To Upload a Fuel Card File

Select the + button to add new entry.
- Select the Company from the drop down for which the entry is done.
- Select the Provider of the fuel card.
There are 3 integrated fuel card provider Bapco, AFRIQUIA and PetroApp. The format of the mentioned Fuel card provider is already integrated.
- Upload the file for the fuel card you have selected.
- Select the Save button.
The uploaded fuel card information will be reflected in the expense reports, allowing you to review fuel transaction details in one place.
