The FUEC (Formato Único de Extracto de Contrato) Generation module enables organizations to generate official FUEC documents for vehicles operating under a Transport Contract. The system retrieves information from the selected transport contract and allows users to review or enter additional details required to generate a government-compliant FUEC PDF.
Each FUEC is linked to an existing Transport Contract and is generated for a specific vehicle, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Colombian Ministry of Transportation.
To Get Started
- Login to your account
- Go to setting >Transport Regulation > FUEC Generation
Note: Before generating a FUEC, ensure that:
- A Transport Contract has already been created.
- Company information is configured.
- Vehicles (Objects) are registered.
- Driver details are available.
- Operation Card and vehicle registration details are maintained.
- You have permission to generate FUEC documents.
To Generate a FUEC

In the Tab, Company Details
- Select the company for which the FUEC is being generated.
- Displays the company's NIT (Tax Identification Number) automatically from the company profile.
- In the Tab, Contract Reference
- Select the Transport Contract for which the FUEC will be generated.
- Displays or generates the unique FUEC number according to the configured numbering rules.
Note: After selecting the Contract Number, the system automatically retrieves the corresponding contract information.
- In the Tab, Client Details
- Enter or verify the client's name.
- Enter or verify the client's identification or tax number.
- In the Tab, Service Information
- Enter or verify the purpose of the transport service.
- Enter or review the service route.
- Displays the agreement type associated with the contract (for example, Contract).
- In the Tab, Contract Validity
- Enter or verify the contract start date.
- Enter or verify the contract end date.
- In the Tab, Object Details
- Select the vehicle for which the FUEC will be generated.
- Displays the model year of the selected vehicle.
- Displays the vehicle manufacturer.
- Displays the vehicle class.
- Displays the vehicle's internal identification number.
- Enter or verify the vehicle's operation card number.
- Displays the passenger seating capacity.
- Enter or verify the national vehicle registry number.
- Enter or verify the vehicle registration number.
Note: After selecting the vehicle, the system automatically populates the available vehicle information.
- In the Tab, Driver Details
- Select the assigned driver.
- Displays or enter the driver's identification number.
- Displays or enter the driver's license number.
- Displays or enter the driver's license expiry date.
- In the Tab, Client Responsible Person
- Enter the responsible person's name.
- Enter the identification number.
- Enter the contact number.
- Enter the address.
- In the Tab, Company Contact info
- Enter or verify the company address.
- Enter or verify the company phone number.
- Enter or verify the company email address.
- Click the save button to generate the FUEC PDF.
Note: Most information is automatically populated from the selected Transport Contract, Company, Vehicle, and Driver records. Review the information before generating the document.
