# Street View Not Visible

### Issue Title

- **Street View is Not Visible on the Live Tracking Screen**

### Issue Summary

The **Street View** option may not be visible in the Live Tracking screen if Street View is not enabled for the user's map configuration or the Street View widget is not enabled in the Object Tooltip Widget settings.

#### Example Questions

- - Why is Street View not visible?
    - Why can't I see Street View on the Live Tracking screen?
    - How do I enable Street View?
    - Street View is missing from the Object Tooltip Widget.
    - Google Maps is working, but Street View is not available.
    - Why can't I open the street-level view of my vehicle location?

### Symptoms / How to Identify

- The **Street View** option is not available on the Live Tracking screen.
- The Street View widget is missing from the **Object Tooltip Widget**.
- Google Maps is configured, but Street View cannot be accessed.
- The user cannot open a street-level view for the vehicle location.

### Information Required Before Troubleshooting

Before troubleshooting, verify:

- User account and user type (**Admin / Reseller / Company**).
- Which map provider is configured.
- Whether **Google Maps** is configured for the user.
- Whether the **Street View API** is enabled in the Map API Key.
- Whether the **Street View Map Widget** is enabled in the Object Tooltip Widget.

### Troubleshooting Steps

- **Log in to your account.**
- Go to:  
  **Settings → General → Users**
- Select the relevant user account:

- Select the user
- Navigate to the **Map** tab.
- Check whether [**Google Maps**](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/knowledge/google-map?hsLang=en) has been added/configured for the user.
- Verify whether **Street View** is enabled in the map configuration.
- If Street View is not enabled, enable it first.

**Please Note:** The **Street View API** must be enabled in the **Map API Key** to use this feature.

- After enabling Street View, go to the **Live Tracking** screen.

- Open the **Object Tooltip Widget** settings.

- Enable the **Street View Map Widget**.

- Once enabled, select a vehicle/object location and open the Street View option.
- The street-level view should now be displayed, provided Street View imagery is available for that location.

### Possible Cause

- Street View is not enabled in the user's Map configuration.
- Google Maps has not been configured for the user.
- The **Street View API** is not enabled in the Map API Key.
- The **Street View Map Widget** is disabled in the Object Tooltip Widget.
- Street View imagery is not available for the selected location.

### Resolution / Action

Enable **Street View** in the user's Map configuration and ensure that the **Street View API** is enabled in the configured Map API Key. Then enable the **Street View Map Widget** under the **Object Tooltip Widget** on the Live Tracking screen.

After these settings are enabled, Street View should be available for locations where the selected map provider has Street View imagery.
