# Object Tooltip and Object List Settings Not Showing

### Issue Title

- **Object Tooltip and Object List Settings Are Not Visible**

### Issue Summary

The **Object Tooltip** and **Object List** settings may not be visible for a user if the required settings or permissions have not been enabled for the user or their parent account.

These settings must be available at the appropriate parent-account level and assigned to the dedicated user before they can be accessed from the Live Tracking screen.

#### Example Questions

- - Why is the Object Tooltip setting not showing?
    - Why can't I see the Object List setting?
    - Object Tooltip is missing from my Live Tracking settings.
    - Object List is not available for my account.
    - How do I enable Object Tooltip and Object List settings?
    - Why can another user see these settings but I cannot?

### Symptoms / How to Identify

- **Object Tooltip** setting is not visible.
- **Object List** setting is not visible.
- The user cannot configure these options from the **Live Tracking** screen.
- The settings are available for other accounts but missing for the affected user.

### Information Required Before Troubleshooting

Before troubleshooting, verify:

- The affected user's account type.
- The user's parent account.
- Whether **Object Tooltip** is enabled for the user.
- Whether **Object List** is enabled for the user.
- Whether these settings are enabled for the parent account.

### Troubleshooting Steps

1. **Log in to your account.**
2. Go to:  
   **Settings → General → Users**
3. Open the relevant user/account.
4. Navigate to **User Setting**.
5. Check whether the following settings are enabled: 
     - **Object Tooltip**
     - **Object List

6. If either setting is not enabled, check the **parent account**.
7. Open the parent account and navigate to its **User Setting**.
8. Verify whether **Object Tooltip** and **Object List** are available and enabled for the parent account.
9. If the required settings are not enabled for the parent account, enable them first.
10. After enabling the required settings at the parent-account level, log in to the **dedicated user account**.
11. Navigate to:  
    **Live Tracking**
12. Open the relevant settings and verify that: 
      - **Object Tooltip Setting** is visible.

### Possible Cause

- **Object Tooltip** setting is not enabled for the user.
- **Object List** setting is not enabled for the user.
- Required settings are not enabled for the **parent account**.
- The parent account has not assigned the required settings to the user.
- The user does not have the required permissions inherited/assigned from the parent account.

### Resolution / Action

Enable the required **Object Tooltip** and **Object List** settings for the parent account first, if they are not already enabled. Then ensure the settings are enabled/assigned for the dedicated user account.

After making the changes, log in to the dedicated account and verify the settings under **Live Tracking**. Both **Object Tooltip** and **Object List** should then be available.
