# Live Streaming Issue When Audio Is Enabled

When audio is enabled during live video streaming, the video may temporarily pause while the audio connection is established. If the video resumes but no sound is available, the camera configuration, user permissions, and network connectivity should be verified.

### Symptoms

- Live video temporarily pauses when audio is enabled.
- Video takes a few seconds to resume.
- Audio is enabled but no sound is heard.
- Streaming may be affected by poor network connectivity.

### Information Required

- Vehicle/Object name or ID
- Device model and IMEI
- Screenshot or recording of the issue
- Whether video works normally without audio
- Camera/device audio configuration
- User/company audio permissions

### Troubleshooting Steps

1. **Check Camera/Device Audio** 
     - Verify that audio/microphone functionality is enabled on the camera/device.
     - Confirm that the microphone is functioning correctly.
2. **Check User Permissions** 
     - Verify that the required audio permission is enabled under the applicable **Data Access & Camera** settings.
3. **Test Video Without Audio** 
     - Check whether live video works normally without audio.
     - If video works normally, enable audio and allow a few seconds for the connection to establish.
4. **Check Network Connectivity** 
     - Verify the device's GSM/network connectivity.
     - Poor connectivity can affect video and audio streaming.
5. **Test Again** 
     - After verifying the above settings, retry live streaming with audio enabled.

### Possible Causes

- Audio connection being established when sound is enabled.
- Audio permission not enabled for the user.
- Audio/microphone disabled on the camera/device.
- Poor network connectivity.
- Device or camera not responding properly.

### Resolution

A short pause when enabling audio can occur while the audio connection is being established.

If audio remains unavailable after the connection is established, verify the **device-side audio configuration**, **user permissions**, and **network connectivity**. If the issue persists, collect the vehicle/device details and relevant screenshots or recordings for further investigation.
