Large File Download Not Available

Users may be unable to download large files from the platform when the Cloud Download functionality is not enabled for their account.

Cloud Download is required for handling large file downloads. If the user does not have access to this functionality, they may not be able to download large reports or files through the platform.

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Identify the report or file the user is trying to download.
  2. Check whether the file is a large file.
  3. Verify whether Cloud Download functionality is enabled for the user's account.
  4. If Cloud Download is not available, confirm whether the account has the required permission/functionality.
  5. Enable or provide Cloud Download access where applicable.
  6. Retry downloading the large file after the functionality is enabled.
  7. If the issue continues even after Cloud Download is available, investigate the specific download failure separately.
