Issue with Excel Download
If a column is missing from the downloaded Excel file, it may be because the column is not enabled for Printable in the report or configuration screen.
The Setting icon allows you to select which columns should be included when the data is exported.

Troubleshooting Steps
- Open the required Report or Configuration screen.
- Click the Setting icon.

- Review the available columns.
- Locate the column that is missing from the Excel download.
- Check whether the column is selected as Printable.
- If it is not selected, enable the Printable option for that column.
- Save/apply the setting, if applicable.
- Download the Excel file again and verify that the column is included.
