If the platform does not receive the expected data within this duration, the operation may not be completed and the command status may be displayed as **Failed**. Compare it with the time at which the device's next data packet was received. **Step 3: Review device communication logs** Check the System Log to determine whether updated data was received from the device during the command execution period. - If no updated data is received within the configured duration, the command may fail. - If data transmission is delayed or irregular, investigate the device communication interval. **Step 4: Check device connectivity and data transmission** Verify that the device is communicating with the server and transmitting data at the expected intervals. Investigate any communication gaps or prolonged delays. **Step 5: Determine whether further server investigation is required** If the device is transmitting data normally and the command continues to fail, collect the command history and system logs for further technical investigation. Do not assume a server-side issue without reviewing the available evidence. ### Possible Cause The device did not send the required updated data within the configured Immobilizer command duration. For example, if the command duration is set to three minutes but the device does not send the next data packet within the expected period, the Immobilizer operation may fail. Possible contributing factors include delayed device communication or irregular data transmission. ### Resolution / Action - Review the device's communication status and data transmission intervals. - Investigate delays or gaps in incoming device data. - Verify the configured command duration against the observed data transmission interval. - If the device is communicating normally but the command still fails, escalate the issue with the vehicle details, command timestamp, configured duration, and relevant system logs.   **Note:** A Failed status does not, by itself, confirm whether the command failed at the server or device level. Review the command history and device communication logs before identifying the root cause.
