Sublock Rope Inserted Alert

Definition / Description

The Sublock Rope Inserted Alert is triggered when the sublock detects that its rope or cable has been properly inserted into the locking mechanism. This event confirms that the sublock is physically secured and ready for operation. Monitoring rope insertion ensures that cargo containers, compartments, or secured units are correctly locked before transit, thereby reducing risks related to incomplete locking, accidental opening, or potential tampering.

Example / Use Case

A Sublock Rope Inserted Alert is triggered when the sublock system detects that its security rope or cable has been properly reinserted after loading or inspection. For example, after loading goods into a container, the rope is inserted into the sublock to confirm that the locking mechanism is physically secured. This alert helps in ensuring that the cargo is locked before departure. This provides traceable confirmation of secured locking operations and helps maintain cargo integrity during transportation.
