Example / Use Case

An Eye Sensor Movement Alert is triggered when unexpected movement is detected inside a container, trailer, or vehicle during transit or while parked. For example, if goods shift suddenly during transport or if unauthorized handling occurs while stationary, the alert is generated.

Stat: Detected, Not Detected or Both.

Detected: When a movement is detected, only then the alert is triggered.

Not Detected: When a movement is not detected, only then the alert is triggered.

Both: When you want the alert to be triggered when the movement is detected and not detected.

Number of Alerts: Single or Multiple

The number of alerts you want to generate when movement is detected.

Select Eye Sensor: Eye Sensor 1, Eye Sensor 2, Eye Sensor 3, or Eye Sensor 4.
When multiple sensors are installed within a large cargo space or vehicle, you can configure the alert to be triggered by a specific Eye Sensor responsible for monitoring a particular section of the cargo area.

Action

The selected alert action determines how notifications are delivered:

  • SMS: Must be configured under Admin, Reseller, or Company setup. Contact numbers can be added to receive instant SMS notifications.

  • Email: Add email recipients to receive the movement alert via email.

  • In-App Notification: Choose a notification sound and select users who should be notified within the platform.

When Based On: Object, Object Group, or Object Type

  • Object: Select individual vehicles or assets equipped with Eye Sensors.

  • Object Group: Select a group of Eye Sensor–equipped vehicles or assets to monitor collectively.

  • Object Type: Choose a type of vehicle or asset category that uses Eye Sensors to detect movement or vibration.
