Example / Use Case
A DVIR Alert is triggered when a driver completes and submits a pre-trip or post-trip inspection report through the mobile application. For instance, when a driver finishes a shift and submits a post-trip inspection indicating routine status or potential defects, the alert immediately notifies the fleet manager. This helps ensure that inspections are consistently completed, any reported issues are reviewed promptly, and the vehicle remains compliant with safety and maintenance standards.
