Trakzee Mobile App

The Trakzee Mobile App allows users to monitor and manage their fleet directly from their mobile devices. It provides access to essential fleet management features such as dashboard monitoring, live tracking, vehicle status, reports, charts, and fleet-related settings.

The mobile application provides a convenient way to stay connected with fleet operations while on the move. Depending on the user's access rights and account configuration, different features and options may be available.

What You Can Do with the Trakzee Mobile App

With the Trakzee Mobile App, users can:

• Monitor the overall fleet status from the Dashboard.
• Track vehicles and other objects through Live Tracking.
• View detailed vehicle information through the Status Dashboard.
• Access fleet and activity reports.
• View graphical data through Charts for parameters such as fuel, temperature, tire pressure, RPM, and load.
• Manage fleet-related options such as Drivers, Objects, Geofences, Alerts, Maintenance, and Reminders.
• Manage application preferences such as language, password, map, notifications, theme, and server.

To Get Started

After opening the Trakzee Mobile App, users can select the appropriate server and sign in using their Trakzee account credentials.

Once signed in, the main navigation provides access to the following sections:

Dashboard

View an overview of the fleet, including fleet status and device-related information.

Live Tracking

Monitor the real-time location and status of vehicles and other tracked objects on the map.

Status Dashboard

View vehicle status, speed, location, GPS device connectivity, and other available vehicle information.

Reports

Access activity and operational reports such as Travel, Trip, Stoppage, Idle, Work Hour Summary, Utilization Summary, and Overspeed Summary.

Charts

View graphical information from supported vehicle and sensor parameters such as Tire Pressure, Load, Fuel Fill/Drain, Temperature, RPM, and Flow Meter.

Settings

Access fleet and operational configurations such as Company, Driver, Object, Geofence, Address, Alert, Expense, Maintenance, Announcement, Reminder Rule, Parking, and Help Desk.

Profile & App Preferences

Manage user and application preferences such as Applications, Dashboard, Notifications, Map, Password, Language, Server, Theme, and other app-related options.
