Tire Tread Depth Log

The system enables users to log the Tire Tread Depth details for the tires allocated to the objects for further reporting analytics.

Users have the flexibility to add Tread Depth logs either individually or in bulk. Additionally, the system offers the capability to download these logs for further use.

To successfully add these logs, please follow the steps outlined below:

To Add Tire Tread Depth Log

• Log in to your account.
• Go to Settings > Tire > Tire Tread Depth Log.

• Click on the ➕ button on the taskbar.

  

  • Select the Company from the drop-down list.

  • Select the Branch from the drop-down list.

  • Select the desired Object from the drop-down list.

  • Choose the Tire Position that corresponds to the tire for which you wish to record the tread depth.

  • The Tire Serial Number will be automatically populated based on your selection of the tire position.

  • Please enter the Tire Tread Value for the tire corresponding to the selected tire position.

  • Date of Log: Please choose the date for the Tread log you wish to record.

  • Please input the Odometer Reading of the vehicle at the time you recorded the tread log.

  • Click on the Save 💾 icon.

To Add Tread Depth Logs in Bulk

• Click on the upload button on the taskbar. A new tire bulk upload window open.

• • Choose the appropriate Company and Branch from the drop-down list.

  • Download the sample file from the link given. The file will hold the basic information about the tire tread, such as Object, Tire Serial No, Tire Tread Value, Odometer Reading and Date of Log.

    

  • Once you have completed filling in the required details, proceed to Upload the file with Choose file option.

  • Click on the Save 💾 icon.

To Download Tire Tread Depth Log Details

• Click on the Download button on the taskbar.

  

• A file with an XLS extension gets downloaded.

  

• You can share this file with others or utilize it as needed for your specific requirements.
