Add Collection Address

The Add button is used for add collection address in the system. Upon selecting the button. You get an option of Add or Add by QR Code.

  • Add
    • You are redirected to the map and showing all the nearby collection address with color code that define tagging(RFID, QR Code and No Tag) and the location where you are creating the collection address and accuracy of the location.
    • Upon selecting Next you are redirected to the Collection Address screen. 
    • Under Details you have to
      • Select the Zone* from the drop down menu. 
      • Select the Ward* from the drop down menu. 
      • Enter the Street details 
      • Enter the City 
      • Enter the Zip code.
      • Select next to go for next section Identification.
    • Under Identification you have to
      • Enter the Name* of the property. 
      • Enter the Property Number
      • Enter Description of the Property.
      • Enter Identification No (Aadhar card No, Voter ID or Driving License) of the Property owner. 
      • Enter the property Owner Name. 
      • Enter the Mobile No. of the Property owner.
      • Select next to go for next section Specification
    • Under the Specification you have to 
      • Enter the Tolerance of the property. 
      • Select the Type* of collection address from dropdown. 
      • Select Category of collection address from dropdown. 
      • Select Sub-Category of collection address from dropdown. 
      • Select Bin Type from dropdown.
        • RFID 
        • QR Code 
        • Map 

      • Select the Waste Type from the dropdown. 
      • Enter the Bin weight of collection address. 
      • Enter the No. of units of the collection address. 
      • Enter the No. of floor if the collection address belongs to a apartment or building.
      • Enter the Road width in feet.
      • Enter any additional Remark for the collection address.
      • Select next to go for next section Attachments
    • Under the Attachment you can upload images of the collection address.
      • Select next to go for next section Preferred Collection
    • Under the Preferred Collection you have to
      • If Obstruction Faced is selected then you can upload a Objection letter. 
      • Select the Collection days*. 
      • Mention the Preferred Collection Time
    • Submit the details to save. 
  • Add By QR Code 
    • You get the QR scanning option.
    • Under Details you have to
      • Select the Zone* from the drop down menu. 
      • Select the Ward* from the drop down menu. 
      • Enter the Street details 
      • Enter the City 
      • Enter the Zip code.
      • Select next to go for next section Identification.
    • Under Identification you have to
      • Enter the Name* of the property. 
      • Enter the Property Number
      • Enter Description of the Property.
