# Surveyor

**Surveyor** is a designated employee responsible for collecting and verifying collection address details at the ground level. The Surveyor ensures the accuracy and completeness of address information, which is essential for smooth operations and proper record management.

### To get started

- Login to your Admin account.
- Navigate to setting→general→Surveyor.
- You are redirected to the Surveyor Overview page.
- Click the ![](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Jan-01-2026-08-17-58-5248-AM.png?width=35&height=26&name=undefined-Jan-01-2026-08-17-58-5248-AM.png) to create a new Surveyor.
- You will be redierceted to the Surveyor details page.
- Under the Profile you can use below:  
    - Select the **Reseller** from the drop down menu.
    - Select the **Company** from the drop down menu.
    - Enter the **Username** of the Surveyor.
    - Enter the **Password** and the **Retype Password**.
    - Enter the **First Name** and the **Last Name** of th surveyor.
    - Enter the **Mobile Number** of the surveyor.
    - Enter the **Recovery Email** of the surveyor which will be used for recovering the password.
    - Enter the **Employee Number** of the surveyor.

- Under the Data Access: 
    - Select the **Branch** from the drop down menu.
    - Select the **Town** from the drop down under which this Surveyor will work.
    - Select the **Zone** from the drop down.
    - Select the **Ward** from the drop down.
