Incident

Incident Management is the process of recording, tracking, and resolving issues or unexpected events that occur during waste collection operations.It ensures quick identification, reporting, and resolution of incidents such as vehicle breakdowns, or safety violations — minimizing service disruption and maintaining operational efficiency.Its important to list all the incident in the system which can be used for mapping the same.

To Get Started

  • Log in to your account.
  • Go to setting>General>Incident

Upon clicking on the Incident, you will be directed to the Incident Overview page, where you can easily view and manage all incident records.

To add Incident Individually

  • Click on the ➕ button on the taskbar

  • From the drop-down menus, select the Company, and Branch under which you want to add the incident.
  • Create an Incident category from dropdown by clicking add new. Else select from dropdown.
  • Mention the Incident type
  • Select if this incident type is active or inactive from the dropdown. 
  • You can mention description for the incident you are adding.
  • Click on the Save 💾 icon to save the collector configuration.

To Upload Multiple Records

  • To initiate the bulk upload process, kindly click on the upload button located on the taskbar. This action will open a new window designed for incident bulk uploads.Upload incident records.
  • From the drop-down menus, select the Company, and Branch under which you want to add the incident.
  • Download the provided sample file from the given link. This file contains essential information regarding the incident, including the Incident Category, Incident Type, status, and description. Fill in the appropriate information in the file according to your requirement.
  • Upload the XLS file from Upload File option.
  • Click on the Save 💾 icon.
