Helpers play a crucial role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe waste collection operations. ### Purpose: Helpers support collectors in tasks such as loading and unloading waste, handling bins, maintaining cleanliness around collection areas, and ensuring that collection points are serviced properly. They also help in verifying that each collection address is covered during a trip, thereby improving operational accuracy and efficiency. ### To Get Started - Log in to your account. - Go to setting\>General\>Helper Upon clicking on the Helper, you will be directed to the Helper Overview page, where you can easily view and manage all Helper records. Watch: Overview of Helper ### To add Helper Individually - Click on the ➕ button on the taskbar ![](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Oct-09-2025-06-34-24-7349-AM.png?width=222&height=62&name=undefined-Oct-09-2025-06-34-24-7349-AM.png) - From the drop-down menus, select the Company, and Branch under which you want to add the helper. - Please input the collector’s First Name, Last Name, and, if applicable, the Employee Number into the designated fields provided. - Provide the Mobile Number of the Helper - Enter the joining date of the collector - Provide the Country, state and detailed Address information for the helper - Choose the Timezone according to the collector location.
