Sub Job

A subjob is a specific task created under the main machinery job to divide the overall work into smaller, manageable segments. Each subjob can represent an individual activity or portion of the total work subjobs help in tracking progress more precisely, monitoring resource utilization, and ensuring timely completion of each stage of the road construction project.

To Get Started

  • Log in to your account.
  • Go to Settings > Machinary > Sub Job.

Please Note: Upon clicking the sub job you will be redirected to the overview screen of the subjob.

To Add Sub Job Individually

  • Click on the  button on the taskbar.
    • In Company, select thivere company from the dropdown under which the sub job is to be performed.
    • In Job, select the Job id under which you want the sub job to be performed.
    • The Sub Job ID, will be assigned automatically by the system.
    • In Driver, select the driver to which you want to assign the sub job.

Please Note: you would need to create a driver entity in order to assign a sub job to a driver.

    • The State - Operational Region, Zone - Business Division, Sub-Zone - Nodal Cluster, RFP - Work Blocks, Location, Area Supervisor, Territory Supervisor, Nodal Supervisor, Block Supervisor, will be taken from the main Machinary job that was created.
    • In Vehicle, select the vehicle to which you want to assign the job.
    • The Tractor chassis & Machine Chassis,  will be taken from the configuration of the selected vehicle.

Tractor chassis will be taken from Object/Vehicle chassis no.
Machine Chassis will be taken from Trailer Name that has been attached to the selected vehicle.

    • In Completed Area, Write the completed area for the sub job.
    • In Expected Start Date, select the date when the job is planned to begin.
    • In Expected End Date, select the date when the job is planned to end.
    • In Actual Start Date, select the date on which the job actually began.
    • In Actual End Date, select the date on which the job actually Ends.
    • In Planned Trenching Distance, enter the total distance (in meters) that is planned to be trenched for the job.
    • In Actual Trenching Distance, enter the total distance (in meters) that has actually been trenched during the job.
    • In Marking Done, select Yes if the marking work has been completed, or No if it is still pending.
    • In Marking Before & Marking After, you can upload photo for the marking.
    • In Status, select the status from the list. you can click on add new to list a new status, if you have previously created any status it will be listed.
    • In Remarks, You can write the remarks for the sub job.
    • Click on the Save 💾 icon to save the configuration.
  • To download the created Sub job go on the overview page and click on  icon to download excel format, click on icon to download in pdf format.
