The User Overview Screen provides a complete list of all users created under your account — including Resellers, Companies, Admins, Subusers, and other user types.
It allows administrators to monitor user activity, check login history, and manage credentials for system access.
Understand Screen Fields
- Company
- The company name will be displayed for which the user is created. If the credential is for an entity above company it will show all.
- Branch
- The branch name will be displayed which will be accessed by this user that is created.
- Allocated Vehicles
- Upon clicking
the vehicle allocated to this user will be shown.
- User Name
- This will display the username of the user.
- Password
- This will display the password of the user.
- Application
- This will displayed the application whose rights are given to the user.
- User Group
- This will display the user group allocated to the user created.
- Email
- This will display the email address of the user
- Contact No
- This will display the contact details of the user
- Created Date Time
- This will display the date and time when the account was created
- Access from
- This will display the access done for last login wither from web or mobile.
- Last Access Time
- This will display the last access date and time
- Active
- This will display if the account is active or inactive.
