The User Module is the section where you create and manage login credentials for various entities (Admin, Reseller, Company, or Subuser) that will access the system. It helps assign the correct level of access and permissions within the platform hierarchy.
To get started
- Login to your account
- Go to User Rights→ User
- Click on the ➕ icon on the taskbar below.
To Create a User Group
- User Name
- Unique username for login.
- Password / Retype Password
- Secure password for access.
- Enable Security Pin (Optional)
- Used for critical operations like immobilization or account deletion.
- User Group
- Select the access type (Reseller, Company Admin, Normal User, etc.).
- Reseller, Company, Branch
- Assign the respective hierarchy.
- Vehicle
- Allocate specific vehicles or select “All”.
- Click More Information >> to configure
