The Trip Summary screen provides a consolidated report of all trips taken by each vehicle within a selected time period. It helps users analyze the total distance covered, driving duration, speed patterns, and trip count — giving a complete snapshot of vehicle utilization and driver performance.
This module is particularly useful for tracking trip frequency, driver efficiency, and operational coverage over days or weeks, making it an essential feature for fleet analytics.
To Access
- Menu→ Trip Summary
Screen Overview
- Select the date range filter
- Select apply and the data will be displayed
- Enables users to search a specific vehicle by entering its number.
- Each vehicle’s data is displayed in a card view containing all major trip parameters:
- Vehicle Information
- Running Duration
- Distance Covered
- Average Speed
- Maximum Speed
- Overspeed Count
- Alerts
- Total Trips
- Color indicator show the status of the vehicles
- 🟢 Green: Running (active movement)
- 🟡 Yellow: Idle
- 🔴 Red: Stopped
- ⚪ Gray: Inactive
