The Travel Summary screen provides a detailed overview of each vehicle’s travel performance over a selected period. It combines trip-level statistics such as distance covered, average and maximum speed, and time spent in different statuses — helping fleet managers quickly assess productivity, driving behavior, and operational efficiency.
This module serves as a snapshot of trip activity — showing when and how vehicles moved, idled, or stopped — making it an essential tool for monitoring vehicle utilization and travel trends.
To Access
- Menu→ Travel Summary
Screen Overview
- Select the date range filter
- Select apply and the data will be displayed
- Each notification is displayed in a card format with below details
- Vehicle Identification
- Status Durations
- Start and End Location
- Distance Travelled
- Average and Maximum Speed
- Alert Count
- Odometer Reading
- Color indicator show the status of the vehicles
- 🟢 Green: Running (active movement)
- 🟡 Yellow: Idle
- 🔴 Red: Stopped
- ⚪ Gray: Inactive
