The SIM Card Detail screen is used to add, configure, and manage SIM cards that are installed in tracking devices. This module helps maintain accurate information related to SIM ownership, tariff plans, activation dates, and validity, ensuring uninterrupted device connectivity.
This screen is typically used by Admins and authorized operational users.
To get started
- Login to your admin account.
- Go to Configuration→ Sim cards
- Click on the ➕ icon on the taskbar below.
To add a new sim card
- Select the company under which the SIM card will be registered.
- Select the branch of the selected company where the SIM card belongs.
- Enter the SIM card number (mobile number) provided by the service provider.
- Select the applicable tariff plan for the SIM card.
- Click the ( + ) icon to add a new tariff plan from the existing list.
- Click the ( + ) icon to add a new tariff plan from the existing list.
- Enter the IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity) number of the SIM card.
- Specify the date on which the SIM card was activated by the service provider.
- Enter the expiry date of the SIM card validity.
- Displays or allows entry of the last date when GPRS services were activated or renewed.
- Enter the GPRS service expiry date.
- Click on the Save 💾 button
