# User

The User Module is the section where you create and manage login credentials for various entities (Reseller, Company, or Subuser) that will access the system. It helps assign the correct level of access and permissions within the platform hierarchy.

#### To access

- Menu→ User

#### Overview of Screen

- You will see a list of existing User.
- A **Search bar** is available at the top to quickly find a specific User.

#### Create a new User

- To add a new user, tap on the **“+” (Add)** icon at the bottom-right corner. 
    - Select the reseller, company or branch from drop down for which this user is added.
    - Select the User Group
    - **Username**\* – Enter the username.
    - **Password and retype password\***– Enter the password

    - **Vehicle Name**\* – Select the vehicle list from drop down.
- **Mobile Number** –Enter the contact number of this user
- **Email** –Enter the email address of this user
- **Language\*** – Select the language from drop down
- **Time zone\*** –Select the timezone of this user
- - After filling all the required information, click on **SAVE** to create the company.
    - To discard the process, tap **CANCEL**.

#### Edit a User

- Select **User** from the list
- You can make changes to the below details 
    - You can edit Username and password
    - The vehicle list can be changed
    - Mobile Number and email id can be changed as well
    - Also the language and timezone of this user
    - After filling all the required information, click on **SAVE** to save the changes.
    - To discard the process, tap **CANCEL**.
