GPS device

The screen helps to add the GPS device or vehicle  list in the system. 

To access

• Menu→GPS Device

Overview of Screen

• You will see a list of existing Device.
• A Search bar is available at the top to quickly find a specific Device.
  
  

Create a new GPS device

• To add a new company, tap on the “+” (Add) icon at the bottom-right corner.
  • Select the Reseller, Company, and Branch under which the device will be added.
    • You can also create a new Company or Branch directly from this screen.
  • Select the User from the drop-down menu, or create a new one if required
    
• Enter the following mandatory details:
• Vehicle Number*
• Vehicle Name*
• Vehicle Type*
• Vehicle Model*
  
• Enter the SIM Number* and IMEI Number* of the device.
• • Select the Device Model* from the drop-down list.
  • Select the Device Time Zone* from the drop-down list.
  • If your account is configured to work on Vehicle License, you can define it by selecting the checkbox provided.
  • Based on the Device Mode, the Port Specification will be displayed.
    • Activate the required port and select the type of component connected to it.
  • After filling all the required information, click on SAVE to create the device.
  • To discard the process, tap CANCEL.
