Company 

The Company module allows admin, reseller  or authorized users to create and manage company accounts directly from the mobile application. Each company account is an end-user that can manage its own objects within the platform.

To Access

  • Menu→Company

Overview of Screen

  • You will see a list of existing Company.
  • A Search bar is available at the top to quickly find a specific company.

Create a Company

  • To add a new company, tap on the “+” (Add) icon at the bottom-right corner.
    • Select the reseller from drop down under which this company will be added.
    • Name* – Enter the company name.
    • Contact Person Name* – Enter the full name of the contact person.
    • Helpdesk Telephone Number* – Provide a valid phone number for company support.
    • Helpdesk Email – Enter the company’s support or official email ID.
    • Street 1 / Street 2 – Mention the office address or business location.
    • City – Enter the city name.
    • Country* – Select the company’s country from the dropdown list.
    • State* – Choose the corresponding state/province.
    • After filling all the required information, click on SAVE to create the company.
    • To discard the process, tap CANCEL.

Edit a Company

  • Select Company from the list.
  • You can make changes to the below details
    • Name* – Enter the company name.
    • Contact Person Name* – Enter the full name of the contact person.
    • Helpdesk Telephone Number* – Provide a valid phone number for company support.
    • Helpdesk Email – Enter the company’s support or official email ID.
    • Street 1 / Street 2 – Mention the office address or business location.
    • City – Enter the city name.
    • Country* – Select the company’s country from the dropdown list.
    • State* – Choose the corresponding state/province.
    • After filling all the required information, click on SAVE to create the company.
    • To discard the process, tap CANCEL.
