Branch

A branch in the company account is a sub-entity used to organize and manage operations or locations. Each branch can have its own vehicles and configurations, allowing for efficient management and reporting while maintaining centralized control from the company account.

To Access

  • Menu→Branch

Overview of Screen

  • You will see a list of existing Branch.
  • A Search bar is available at the top to quickly find a specific branch.

Create a Branch

  • To add a new company, tap on the “+” (Add) icon at the bottom-right corner.
    • Select the company from drop down under which this branch will be added.
    • Name* – Enter the branch name.
    • Contact Person Name* – Enter the full name of the contact person.
    • Mobile number* – Provide a valid phone number for branch.
    • Street 1 / Street 2 – Mention the office address or business location.
    • City – Enter the city name.
    • Country* – Select the branch’s country from the dropdown list.
    • State* – Choose the corresponding state/province.
    • After filling all the required information, click on SAVE to create the branch.
    • To discard the process, tap CANCEL.



Edit a Branch

  • Select Branch from the list.
  • You can make changes to the below details
    • Name* – Enter the Branch name.
    • Contact Person Name* – Enter the full name of the contact person.
    • Mobile  Number* – Provide a valid phone number for branch support..
    • Street 1 / Street 2 – Mention the office address or business location.
    • City – Enter the city name.
    • Country* – Select the branch’s country from the dropdown list.
    • State* – Choose the corresponding state/province.
    • After filling all the required information, click on SAVE to create the branch.
    • To discard the process, tap CANCEL.
