Billing Models
The system supports multiple billing types so that businesses of different sizes and structures can choose what fits them best.
End-to-end token-based billing works from the Admin level all the way to the Company level. In this model, the Admin manages a pool of tokens and allocates them to resellers or directly to companies. As companies use the system—such as accessing features, reports, APIs, or devices—tokens are consumed based on actual usage. This billing type offers flexibility, centralized control, and is suitable for platforms where usage varies frequently.
Token-based billing up to the Reseller level limits token management between the Admin and Resellers only. The Admin allocates tokens to resellers, and billing is calculated based on the reseller’s overall usage. Beyond this point, resellers are free to define their own pricing models for companies, such as fixed plans or licenses. This approach gives resellers independence while allowing the Admin to track and control reseller consumption.
User license–based billing is based on the number of active users within a company. Each company purchases a fixed number of licenses, which are then assigned to users according to their roles, such as admin, manager, or operator. Billing depends on the number of active licenses during the billing period, making this model predictable and easy to manage for organizations with stable user counts.
