Announcement
An announcement is a formal notification or message intended to inform users about important updates, changes, or events. In the context of the platform, it typically includes information such as new features, system updates, maintenance schedules, or other relevant news.
To get started
- Login to your admin account.
- Go to Configuration→Announcement
To Create Announcments
- Select the entity or user group from the Announcement For dropdown list to specify the recipients of the announcement.
- Select the user to whom the announcement should be sent from the drop-down list.
- Enter the Subject of the announcement.
- Enter the Summary of the announcement.
- Enter the Message in the provided box and set the formatting as per requirement.

- Click on the Upload button to include an image or PDF document in

- Select the Schedule Time from the dropdown list.
- Click on the Save 💾 icon.
