Alerts
The Alerts section keeps users informed about important events and exceptions that require attention. It provides real-time and system-generated notifications related to vehicle activity.. Alerts help users take timely action by highlighting critical updates, reducing manual monitoring, and ensuring smooth and proactive operations across the application.
To get started
- Log in to your admin account.
- Go to Configuration→Add Alert.
- Click on the ➕ icon on the taskbar below.
To Create an alert
- You are on Alert detail screen.
- Select Company
- From the dropdown select the company under whom this alert will be created.
- Select Branch
- From the dropdown select the branch or all under whom this alert will be created.
- Select Vehicle
- You can select either the consideration is based on Vehicle Type or Vehicle Group.
- If selected Vehicle Type the list of types will be shown.
- The list of the vehicle will be shown under Vehicle No.
- If selected Vehicle Group the list of category will be shown.
- The list of the vehicle will be shown under Vehicle No.
- If selected Vehicle Type the list of types will be shown.
- Group Name:
- Provide a group name for this alert.
- Valid Days:
- Set the validity of when you want the alert to be generated.
- Everyday: If you want the alerts to be generated on a daily basis, then you can select every day.
- Valid Time From: Determine the specific start and end times during which you would like the alerts to be generated.
- Select the Timezone that corresponds to your location, as this will determine when the alerts are generated.
- Custom: If you want to generate alerts on some particular days, then you can select custom.
- Week Days: Choose the specific days of the week on which you would like the alert to be generated.
- Valid Time From: Determine the specific time frame during which you would like the alert to be triggered.
- Time zone: Select the preferred time zone when you want to receive the alert.
- Everyday: If you want the alerts to be generated on a daily basis, then you can select every day.

to create alert and the configuration window pops up for alert. - You are redirected to Alert Specification-Detail.
- Alert:
- Select the Alert type form the drop down list.
- Value:
- Select the condition for consideration.
- Text:
- Describe the text that should be displayed.
- Action:
- You can select SMS or Mobile app for notification.

- You can create multiple alert under the same.
