Admin can add and edit specific screen access for a sub-user according to their roles and responsibilities.
To Get Started
- Login to your account.
- Go to Settings > General > Admin.
- Double-click on the account for which you want to set screen access.
- Navigate to the Admin Subuser tab.
Before You Provide Screen Access
You can create a new account for the sub-user or edit the existing sub-user account.
∗ To create a new account click on Add New and fill the required details in the My Account tab.
∗ To edit the existing account click on the icon.
Please Note- You will not be able to add new groups or copy rights from any existing groups if you are editing an existing account.
To Provide Screen Access
- Navigate to the Screen Access tab.

- You can use the Add New or Copy From Group from the dropdown list to set or copy screen rights.
- You can use the Add New or Copy From Group from the dropdown list to set or copy screen rights.
Copy from group allows the user to duplicate the configuration from previously created groups so that, the user does not have to select the configuration again if he wants to grant the same access rights to the user.

- Select the Project for which you want to provide rights.
- Select the Module you wish the sub-user to have access to.

- According to the module selected, select the Sub Module.
- On the Screen tab, select the permissions such as No access, view, modify, add or delete which you want to provide the sub-user.
- Click on the Save icon.
