# Manage School Documents

Manage all school administrative documents in one place and organise important information such as certifications and licences. This ensures that all documents are easily accessible from the platform itself in digital format which can help save time and resources.

#### To get started

- Login to your account.
- Go to  **Settings \> General \> School**
- Double-click on the reseller record for which you want to upload the Documents.

### To upload reseller documents

#### Navigate to the Documents Tab.

- - Click on **Document ➕**

- - Add **Document Name.

- - Enter the document **Issue Date.**
    - Enter the document **Expiry Date.**
    - **Upload the Document** image from your system if you have a softcopy of the document.
