Data Access for reseller sub-user

Admin can provide access to all the information about the selected object to the admin sub-user according to their roles and responsibilities. 

To get started:

• Login to your admin account.
• Go to  Settings > General > Reseller 
• Double-click on the account for which you want to provide data access to the sub-user.
• Navigate to the Reseller Subuser tab.

Before you provide data access

You can create a new account for the sub-user or edit the existing sub-user account

• To create a new account click on Add New and fill the required details in the My Account tab.
• Click on the edit icon.

To grant permissions:

• Click on Add New.  Subuser window will open.

• • Navigate to the Data Access tab.
    
    

• • Select the School from which you want the sub-user to have rights to view the object data
  • Select the Branch of the selected school from which you want the sub-user to have object data access.
  • Select the Object which you want the sub-user to view.  Sub-user will have access to all the details of the selected objects.

• • Select the Language from the drop-down list. This will be the language in which the admin sub-user will have data access.
  • If you want to have the cover page (Title Page) when you download the reports then click on the checkbox to enable Show Cover Page on Download.

• Save the settings by clicking on the Save 💾 icon.
