Social Media API (Application Programming Interface) is integrated into the software so that the user can receive alerts, reports, or announcements via the set social media platform.
A Company can inherit the Social Media API configurations from the Reseller or they can configure one for their account. If in any case the Reseller has not configured API on his end, then the Company can inherit the same from the Admin.
Before Getting Started
Please Note:
- We have already integrated Telegram and WhatsApp into our application.
- If you wish to use any other social media platform, then we can surely do that for you. Contact us for further assistance.
To Get Started
- Log in to your admin account.
- Go to Settings > General > Company.
- Double-click on the account for which you want to set up a social media API.
- Navigate to the Social Media API tab.
To Configure Social Media API
- Choose the Gateway from the drop-down. You will find Telegram and WhatsApp available as selection options, as these platforms have already been seamlessly integrated into our application.
- Choose the preferred option from Type:

- Inherit: To inherit the Chatbot from the admin account.
- Custom: Configure a unique Chatbot specific to the account.
For Telegram,

- Enter the Token provided by Telegram in the Bot HTTP Token field.
- You can customize your preferences by selecting the checkboxes for Alerts, Scheduled Reports, or Announcements to receive notifications via Telegram.

For WhatApp,

- Enter the Phone Number ID received from WhatsApp.
- Enter the Token provided by WhatsApp in the Bot HTTP Token field.
- You can customize your preferences by selecting the checkboxes for Alerts, Scheduled Reports, to receive notifications via Telegram.

- Click on the Save 💾 icon.
The alerts, scheduled reports, or announcements will then be received by the user whose contact details have been provided.
