POI Tolerance For Company

POI Tolerance allows to define radius surrounding the precise latitude and longitude coordinates that is referred to as an Address or POI in the system. When the vehicle enters this designated radius, it is recognized as having reached the intended location.

The Admin/Reseller user can set the default POI tolerance for the POI associated with the Company accounts.

Please Note: At the time of adding POI, the default POI tolerance is 100-meter. The reseller can adjust it according to the requirement.

To Get Started

Login to the Admin/Reseller account
Go to Settings > General > Company
Double-click on the Company account for which you want to set up POI Tolerance.
Navigate to Rule.
Click on Add New, and a new window named Reseller Rule will open.
In the POI Tolerance field, define the required tolerance in meters.
Click on Save 💾 icon.
