Schedule Trip Classification
Schedule Trip Classification refers to the process of classifying a scheduled trip based on its intended purpose or type.
A scheduled trip can be classified into two types: Business Trip, Personal Trip or Unclassified Trip based on its intent.
In the system, a trip is defined as the duration from when the ignition is turned ON until it is turned OFF for the vehicle.
Please Note: Classify Trips is included only in Premium version of the platform.
To Get Started
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Settings > Master > Schedule Trip Classification.
- you will find the list of previously created scheduled trip classification.

- To create a new schedule click on the ➕ button on the taskbar.
- Select Reseller from the drop-down.
- Select Company from the drop-down.
- In the Schedule field, enter the name you want to assign to this schedule.
- In the Trip Classification This is a dropdown menu used while scheduling a trip, where you can select the trip type either Personal, Business or Unclassifed.
- In the Schedule Time From field, set the time from which the system will automatically classify the trip.
- In the Weekdays field, select the days on which the trip classification should apply.
- Click on the Save 💾 icon to save the schedule trip classification.
Please Note: you can see the classified trips in the Trip Classification report.
