Temperature Status Summary

The Temperature Status Summary report provides a summarized overview of temperature and humidity sensor readings for selected vehicles during a specified time period. It displays key temperature statistics such as average, minimum, and maximum temperature values along with humidity information, distance traveled, start and end locations, and operational duration.

This report helps fleet managers monitor the environmental conditions of temperature-sensitive vehicles and verify whether required temperature ranges were maintained throughout the selected period.

Before You Get Started

Before generating this report, ensure that:

• Temperature sensors are properly installed and configured.
• The tracking device is transmitting valid temperature data.
• Humidity sensors are configured if humidity monitoring is required.
• Vehicles are assigned to your account.
• Historical temperature data exists for the selected date range.
• Sensor ports are correctly mapped within the system.

To Open Temperature Status Summary

• Log in to your account
• Go to Reports→Temperature→Temperature Status Summary

Filter Explaination

• Company : Select the company whose temperature data you want to analyze.
• Branch : Filter records by branch.
• Date Selection : Select a predefined date range such as Today, Yesterday, This Week, or This Month.
• Time Range : Enable to specify a custom start and end date/time.
• Vehicle Group : Filter vehicles belonging to a specific vehicle group.
• Status : Filter records based on vehicle operational status.
• Data Interval : Define the interval at which temperature data should be summarized.
• Exclude Days : Exclude specific days from the report calculations.
• Object Selection : Select one or multiple vehicles for analysis.

Report Explaination

• Company : Company associated with the vehicle.
• Branch : Branch under which the vehicle is registered.
• Vehicle : Vehicle name or identifier.
• Vehicle Brand : Manufacturer of the vehicle.
• Vehicle Model : Model of the vehicle.
• Object Group : Vehicle group to which the vehicle belongs.
• Port (Temperature) : Sensor port used to capture temperature data.
• Port (Humidity) : Sensor port used to capture humidity data.
• Distance : Total distance traveled during the selected period.
• Start Location : Location where the monitoring period started. The location can be displayed as an address or a configured geofence name.
• Start Time : Date and time of the first recorded temperature reading.
• Temperature Average : Average temperature recorded during the selected period.
• Temperature Min : Lowest temperature recorded.
• Temperature Max : Highest temperature recorded.
• Unit : Temperature measurement unit (°C or °F).
• Humidity Average : Average humidity level recorded.
• Humidity Min : Lowest humidity value recorded.
• Humidity Max : Highest humidity value recorded.
• End Location : Location where the monitoring period ended. The location can be displayed as an address or a configured geofence name.
• End Time : Date and time of the last recorded temperature reading.
