Announcement Summary

The Announcements Summary Report provides a record of announcements shared within the platform. It helps administrators track communication between users, monitor whether announcements have been read, identify the intended recipients, and review the subject and timing of announcements. This report is useful for ensuring important updates, notifications, and messages have been successfully delivered and acknowledged.

This report is available in Trakzee Lite, Trakzee Standard, Trakzee Premium and Smart Waste management

Before you get started

Make sure announcements have been created and sent within the selected date range. Only announcements generated during the specified period will appear in the report.

Note: If no announcements were sent during the selected period, the report will not display any records.

To Open Announcements Summary

  • Log in to your account
  • Go to Reports→Logs→ Announcements Summary

Filter Explaination

  • From Date:Select the start date for the report. Announcements created on or after this date will be included.
  • To Date:Select the end date for the report. Announcements created up to this date will be included.

    Report Explaination

    • Sender : Displays the name of the user or account that sent the announcement.
    • Receiver : Shows the user, driver, or account that received the announcement.
    • Announcement Read : Indicates whether the recipient has viewed the announcement.
      • Yes – The announcement has been read.
      • No – The announcement has not been read.
    • Announcement For : Displays the recipient category for which the announcement was intended, such as Admin, Driver, or other user types.
    • Announcement Time : Shows the date and time when the announcement was sent.
    • Subject : Displays the title or subject of the announcement.
    • View : Allows users to open and view the complete announcement message and its details.
